Well, there are a couple of things here You simply do not understand:

1) China is falling off the oil/energy market - fast! That means that about half the worlds oil/coal/gas imports are going off the market. Russia might try to sell oil to China (and India) - and they do, but they won't accept INR, QAR and CNY - and India, Qatar and China (or rather their banks) are scared stiff of being hit by sanctions and will not be able to deal in USD and EUR. The EU is using their differences and different trade patterns to bring the threat to the sanctions busters - Danish PM Mette Frederiksen has visited Indian PM Modi - and Modi was briefly in Denmark. So they won't deal in USD or EUR to Russia. The truth is that Russia is delivering oil and refined products to f.i. India - and the payments stay on the books - because the banks do not dare to arrange the payments - in spite of considerable discounts - because if they do, they are sanctioned.

2) The considerable gas market was delivered to the USA on a silver platter. Gas is for the USA mainly a waste product management problem, so if the gas price is just high enough to cover the investment in gas-lines the american oil producers are getting rid of a problem and earning a bit of money on their garbage. The LNG prices are just about the lowest they have been the last 30 years. AND Russian gas-pipe lines have the unfortunate propensity of getting blown up.

3) Some of the "green energy" like solar, wind and water power will contribute. Where the sun does not shine the wind is generally at times quite forcefull. Hydro power is effective (as it can be switched on and off iimmediately) in combatting peak consumptions - at a nasty high price: That takes care of Norway and Schwitzerland, as their hydropower has a considerable hight to fall. and the same water might be used twice further down - stream.
Excess wind power can be dumped into district heating or electric heating of isolated dwellings. The Norwegeans are PISSED because they get inflation because their cheap hydropower has gone way up in price: The Germans are buying with arms and legs (at the moment).

It means that there is some serious investment going on in Europe at the moment in infrastructure, but honestly: Can You find a better investment?
You must have been listning to Peter Zeihan (and he is an american jerk, that is totally out of touch with Europe).

Now the EU-chairman/-woman Ursula von der Leyen could not care less about oilprices: She uses a broomstick for transportation.

4) Actually I think some of the explosions on russian oil refineries are insurance fraud, as the refineries cannot get rid of their products and deliver the amount of USD/EUR to Putin, as they are demanded to - and if they can blame it on the Ukrainians - well, then the problem returns to Putin to roost.
